Dear all i wanted to tell my story which we all face most of the time.
I am working in Gurgaon & i am staying in Faridabad. Yesterday i am on the way to my home, i am standing on a traffic light in Gurgaon, i am reading sms on my phone as i am standing becoz of red light, suddendly a traffic policeman came and told me that i am using my cell phone so i have to pay rs 1000 as a fine for using cell phone while driving i told him that right now i am not driving so u cant take fine as i dont break the traffic rule, He told me that i cant us my cell phone even on traffic light. I refuse to pay & i am trying to convince him but after that he told me to give rs 200, i asked him why so he replied "Holi ki methai" hi samajh ke de do.
Friends i only wanted to ask a question form the system that why we have to pay bribe even when we are right. Why there is no such ********** or a direct number where we can complaint about this type of shamefull activities.
Why we ("common man") always afraid of Police or Goverment Officers. Goverment appoint them for us for our help, & they are not doing there duties Honestly. They always make profit from a common man just becoz we are helpless & we cant raise our voice against him.
