It was about 2 PM. I was in a hurry to attend a piece of official business. I was driving on my motor cycle. Near Kotuali Chowraha, I was stuck up at tail of end of the jam and waiting for traffic clearance. I do not drive fast, so I lagged behind further and I caught by traffic police. He draged me to a lady traffic personnel sitting at the side of the road, as she was sitting for purpose of collecitng money. I knew the thing would not be settled without giving money. I compelled to give Rs.300/- to leave the place. I astonished how a lady can bargain for bribe. As I was in a hurry to attend some urgent business, I had to bow down. Excuse me.
