I DON'T HAVE RIGHT TO SCOLD THE SYSTEM.BECAUSE I PAID A BRIBE

Actually my friend and me are selected in an IT company. We needed ********** of birth Certificates as mandatory for that company. So we applied and got non availability certificate from Municipal Office and we also completed our proceedings at Municipal revenue Office (Because of reason that my uncle is working there).
After we are verified by Revenue inspector we gor proceedings in MRO Office. then we went to Revenue Divisional Office to get the proceedings orders from Officer there.We submitted our proceedings from MRO office there.then my friend asked the administrative Officer who is working there.then the careless employee of Govt Of AndhraPradesh said that it will take 1 month to 2 months to complete that work.
After meeting him the person who is in charge of Issuing those birth certificate proceedings asked us come after three days. Then after three days I only went to the office because my friend could not due to some reasons. then that incharge asked me to wait for 20 min. After 20 min he went that careless officer's room and got sign on all the documents.
After that he gave all these papers to his Asst and went out but this Asst asked me that " that in charge will take rs 500 for each but as it is for you he is asking 500 for both certificates "
As i already expected this situation but I told him that I didn't have money, then that fellow told me that without giving money work won't be done in this office. If i had not given money i knew that those papers will be thrown into a dust bin. So finally I paid bribe worth Rs 500. For a small signature on a documents they are asking money. It is better to stop salary given by Government because they can earn that money in Day!!!!!!!
