I am student of B.A.1st part in B.R.A. BIHAR University at T.P. ********** COLLEGE Narkatiaganj.I am a sc candidate. I gave three hundred rupees for admission in B.A. I gave bribe because the admission clerk had refused to accept my admission.I am a poor student because i belong to schedule caste.I fulfilled my concession in bribe.
