I had being going around BBMP Carmelram office Bangalore to pay my property tax for the year 15-16 and the officials made me gone to office numerous time from May'16 till October'16 stating software issue and the officer not present in the office.As I had urgency to get the tax done I asked what has to be done and he told me pay 2000 and they can get everything done.the worst thing that can happen to a citizen as he is trying to pay money to government and for paying that money he has to bribe some one.I know it i not right to pay bribe but i couldn't wait for much longer time and sacrifice my leaves running around getting this thing done.I hope people will be more prepared than me when trying to pay the tax and going to BBMP and saying they cannot give bride which I couldnt do.
