I had to pay a bribe for transporting my motorcycle through parcel via railway

8th july 2015 around 10 am
I had gone to the parcel office to transport my vehicle from PUNE junction to Howrah, I had all the documents required for the parcel, the railway police personal sitting near the gate in civil uniform asked me for a bribe of $00 INR and would not let me through if i do not pay him the amount. Plus he also take the petrol which was in my tank and did not let me take it.
I was in a hurry and gave in that request finding no other way to work through such situation. However i have been feeling guilty for supporting bribe but i was also helpless. I hope that people get aware of that person and catch him read handed
