Hi,
I have purchased a site panchayat khata from Manani Projects pvt ltd. Have paid all the amount and am planning for registration on 2nd Feb 2015. However my builder is asking Rs 50000 for each plot as a bribe to the subregister officer. We in a group as purchased 5 plots and they are demanding 50k for each plot. When I questioned , builder is saying since its panchayat khata no registerer will do the registration and if it has to be done then we need shell out 50k as bribe only at Banaswadi sub register office. Pls suggest and guide us how to deal this situation and get registered without paying bribe.
