I have to Bribe, because I tried getting Passport as per Law.

I have appliled for passport under "Tatkal Scheme", I did not paid/bribed a single penny to any officials. I got my passport in 15 Days.
But, after six months My verification was marked negative and I was issued a show cause notice.This time I followed the way each officals instructed me to do so, (LIU, Local Police Stn., even the postman who deliverd the passport).

I have understood that without paying bribe, we cannot even demand for our own rights, be it Ration card, Voter ID card, PAN card etc.
