Hi All,
With deep regrets and disappointment I am writing this to inform you all unhealthy practice which Sub Registrar, Banaswadi,No 740/2, 1st Floor, 9th 'B' Main Road,HRBR Layout, 1st Block,Kalyan Nagar,Banaswadi, Bangalore - 560043,Landmark: SBI Bank, RACPC Branch, Banaswadi office is doing from long time , many consumers has filed a complaint on this . But there is no action against them. INDIA will never rise as compared to other countries because on this bullshit corruption.
I have purchased a flat in Bangalore "Arvind Sporcia" , Ahmadabad builder. Below are the details.

As per my property total cost the stamp registration charges would be 8550 rs which is genuine , but I got an email from my builder to carry 5k cash seperatly as facilitation charges.
When I ask them what are these facilitation charges , they said these are under the table charges "BRIBE" . I was shocked and thought people in INDIA are openly asking for bribe.
First of all you are paying registration charges to government and on top of that we are paying bribe to government servants . Are they begger to grab public money necessarily.
I am not sure if you can take any action on this but expecting a good result to make INDIA good & corruption free country.
