Hi,
I have to transport my bike from Pune to Bilaspur, in this there are lot of hassles and departments are completely unorganized and mundane. I have to paid bribe to the railway authorities, workers for packing for loading and for unloading too, i dont understand why the hell govt is taking money for if they all will take money customer only. For every signature the authorities want money. This is an archaic system no computers no technology. At the end i found that the cost comes equal to the movers and packers services provided by private companies which is completely hassle free and also give complete trust. This is hell of going in railways goods department and they do only one thing "Increase in Fare".
