I paid bribe and the police officer hasn't verified my house or documents

Location: Shipra Sun city , Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
Officer Name: Rahul Yadav
Mr. Rahul Yadav called me for the verifcation and asked me to visit Shipra Suncity chowki in , indirapuram, Ghaziabad . I asked him that as per process you need to visit my place and verify all the docs. But he said that he cant come and I'll have to come to chowki itself.
I reached there and many of the more applicants of passport were waiting there. He asked me to wait and he was meeting one by one personally.
When I meet him, he asked for the copy of all the documents . after all the formalities, he showed his pocket to me. I asked him, how can i help. He asked 2500 and when i said its too much then he start giving examples of the rejected passports which was happened because he gave false police verification.
Somehow i managed to record his video and I have the call recording of him asking to visit chowki.
I wanted to go ahead with the complaint but as my parents are little worried, they stopped me.
I am angry, frustrated and feeling helpless...
