I paid a bribe to change my name on my passport

I was issued a passport in 2012 and all of the sudden I found out that it was not in sync with my mark sheets of HSc and SSc. This was hampering my application procedure for further studies abroad.

In order to get my name changed on the passport I had to pay a bribe to the Regional Passport Officer, so that she can allow the further procedure to be started
