I was returning from movie in night time, and some construction was going in road which was newly converted from two way to one way. There was a small board as No entry in dark and not visible to anyone, at the end of the road 2-3 traffic police were standing almost hidden to catch the person, if he enters in that road.

he asked me 150/- but i gave only 50 after negotiation.. there were many people were caught like me and they paid avg 100/- ..
