I Paid a Bride - while Changing my Name in to Pay my House Tax

I bought my House in Jan'2009 in Ghaziabad (Shiprs Sun City, Indirapuram Area). I came to know that every year I have to pay my House Tax amount. I went to GZB Vasundhara office to pay my House Tax. A very old Senior citizen agaed around 58-60 years asked me to Pay 500 amount, but he just issue me a slip of 250 Rs and rest of the money he has taken as a Bribe. I really feel ashemned that a person of my father's age is doing such kind of things. I asked why he charged so much amount but he was so rude that he replied me very badly.
Unfortunate ...that I am staying here and part of this kind of corruption
