My father was in army and was killed in kargil war, i applied for petrol pump and got a letter from bharat petroleum to show land for pump. I applied in huda office, where i was asked for 5lakh to get the approval, i denied and still my file is pending with administrator cs khare. He is not approving my file. This incident is of hsvp office, gurgaon.
Administrator is c s khare.
He is even not ready to meet us.
