My Sister-in-law lost her purse last week while traveling on train. Immediate with in 10 minutes cash was her ATM card was used and withdrawn cash about 4000-5000 by the time she could block her card with respective bank.

She went to closest police station in Dahisar to launch complaint and she was asked to pay rs 500.00 cash or bundle of A4 size printing paper and then only complaint will be accepted. Finally she left away from there.

If this the the Mumbai police, what will happen to our society.
