Recently i went to make LLR of mine..so i went with the agent he asked me to pay rs750.. i asked him why he told me that it`s RTO`s Commission and rs250 as my bribe..i got shocked ..why we should pay bribe without it a i can`t get my LLR done due to my work condition i paid a bribe & got my work done..
