I was denied a new gas connection even with proper documents as I refused to buy a stove and other accessories from Jana Bharat Gas Agency in Uttarahalli, Bangalore for a new connection. The bald man who sits in the reception was too arrogant and has no basic civic manners to treat people and acts as supernatural being.
After a lot of negotiation, had to pay a bribe of Rs.1500/- for manager and Rs.500 for inspection and delivery to get a new connection.
