Me and my friend boarded the train at Kharagpur to Howrah, got into the sleeper class and didnot want to pay the bribe but instead pay the "Change of fare". But then there was checking and he was not willing to listen to us and said that "change of fare" happens before you get on the train(hardly possible as the train leaves within 2min from the platform and finding a TT was hardly a possibility). In the end he said it will take 600 bucks to make the slip(we didnt have that much money) and had to pay the bribe.
