I have applied for Katha Transfer (it is yet to complete) when I gave them the application they directly asked me to pay bribe or said it wont happen. One lady who works under him (she is thin wearing glasses sitting in the entrance) worked as a mediator between both of us. I want to fight against it but the nexus is such that every one in that office is involved not sure If I will get my work done if i do some thing against them.
