Khata done in 2 hours after bribe

Tried for about 3 months to get the Khata done without paying bribe. The revenue inspector dragged the process to a point where every other process depended on the Khata. Finally I called him on his personal cell phone and he came home to "service" me. He initially demanded Rs.30,000 and after a long "discussion", agreed for Rs.25,000. Khata was done within two hours and everything else went smooth later.
