Late processing of the pension amount

A clerk in the Deputy Inspector's office in
Resubelpara,North Garo Hills , Meghalaya, 794108 has been declining the amount to be relieved by my father and has been asking bribe for the speedy processing of the amount. Last time when my father check in he just said that he hasn't received any documents regarding my father's pension and later on we learnt that he was asking from bribe from us indirectly! We learned that the long awaited pension was already received by them long time back and they are jus keeping it till they receive some amount for it! They were asking 30% of what my father gets or something like that. Please look into the matter.
