I have booked my flat in Ravet on 28-Feb-10. Flat Registration and agreemeent with builder was done on 21-Jul-10. Builder demanded Rs. 4000 against legal charges from me and other persons who also came for their flat regisration under same scheme. When i asked for the receipt of Rs. 4000, he refused me and told that we have to pay this amount to staff in registration office otherwise they will delay the process and will call you number of times. If you will oppose this our relationship will be spoiled and they will delay each and every registration of our customers. I was very much annoyed and frustrated with our corrupted officials and corrupt system. I finally told Builder that you correct your cost sheet and in future call it as ILLEGAL CHARGES instead of LEGAL *******
