I had to pay a bribe of 875 to get marriage certificate in divisional commissioner office jammu. When I asked officer fees of marriage certificate , he told me rs 1000, later as I was waiting in the office he himself told that actual fees was only Rs125. he will give 500 to redcross and 200 to computer guy.
However, no receipt at all was given for redcross also.
Mistake on my part was i didn't fight much as i was also not having much time, was moving to my work place in gurgaon, the other day so
