We were 2 girls who went for getting our Driving License. The officer gave us the forms and told us that a medical examination needs to be completed and Chief medical officer would need to sign the required certificate.
The Officer, ie, the doctor who was responsible was unavailable without any one's reference . there was some person (kind of peon) who took us directly to the medical officer for signature with 200 Rs. charges. However, it should be free of cost
