Mico Layout corrupt police officers

My passport was stolen from my house and I had gone to the Mico Layout police station to file FIR for the same.
To my surprise the inspector refused to lodge the FIR and asked me to file get a "Loss Acknowledgement" from the police.
For the "Acknowledgement" they asked Rs.50. I do not know the name of that inspector otherwise would ahve published it here.
