My Brother Theft

My Brother Bike (NEW Yamaha Bike) theft by a Thief in front of my home at around 11 Am to 12 PM, near Sarjapur road, (HSR police station Surround), Finally we got to know that our bike is missing at 2 PM in the same day.
we went to police station and we given the complaint but the police officer is not ready to take any complaint, we requested them anything, but finally he told us to wait for 2 days.
After 2 days we visited to police station but the sub inspector is not ready to take any complaint (FIR) again.
Than we called our uncle and he contacted his friend (Police) and that person called HSR layout police station than finally FIR Done. (but 3 days over no investigation from HSR layout police). after 15 days one police jeep came to home and they asked your bike missing or what we told yes (These police are from Bangarpet) they came along with thief's and thiefâ??s are told we theft the bike from in front of this home.
Finally we got the bike....BUT, Bangarpet police told us to collect the bike from court from HSR layout police station.
After visited HSR layout police told us to make a Sumo to visit Bangarpet police station we did that but that day police was busy he told we will go some other time.
I paid 500/- to the Sumo guy.
Than we personally visited after 10 days to Bangarpet police station we stayed their one day and next day they released our bike with one police. We came to Bangalore with that bike along with the Bangarpet police.
Before that i paid 500 + 500 rupees to 2 police, one constable and one for writer.
Finally came to HSR layout police Station along with the Bangarpet police.

Again I Paid 500 Rupees to Bangarpet police.
HSR Police told me to park the bike here and keep one lawyer to release the bike in court.
And we did the same. The court date was more than a week.
Finally we kept one lawyer and we paid him 2800/- rupees,
Myself i given the surety and got the bike release receipt. Immediately came one person in civil dress (he is a Police from HSR layout) he told us give me 500/- or i will not allow you to take the bike (out side of the court) than we paid 200/- to him.
Behind the court we need to collect the papers we need to meet more than 4 people to collect the same.
For each person we paid 50/- (50*4=200/-) finally we got the papers.
And we visited HSR layout police station their police started acting.
As per the rules they need to give us the bike immediately after getting the release order.
Writer asked me 5000/- i told him why should i pay he told us he need do the papers Xerox and all.
And i need to give inspector also finally we paid 2000/- rupees.
Again that writer called one photographer to take the pic of bike for him we paid 200/- .
And we paid 100/- to the police who stand out said he told he watched our bike.
Finally we got the bike
It was very new bike but it was completely damaged.
We asked the police about the damage he asked 1000/- to write the details to clime the insurance.
We didnâ??t pay and came like that only.
Finally we got our........bike after more than 40 days when recovered by the thiefâ??s.

Totally we spend more than 10,000/- (include our Expenses)

I paid Bribe of 6800/- Rupees to the police for our own bike......
