MY FRIEND PAID BRIBE FOR POLICE VERIFICATION FOR PASSPORT

This was not exactly happened to me but it happened to one of my friend who need a police verification for passport and his passport was pending just because he need to pay money to the cops for getting his police verification report. Then finally he paid 500/- and his file have a movement.
