Negligence from my side

• New Domestic Driving License
• Paid INR 300

I hadn't my license and my insurance had expired, I asked for a full challan, however they totalled it up to Rs. 1700 but then refused to write it up explaining that I didn't have my license number. So they asked for Rs. 300. Paid with a Rs. 500 note, not expecting change back, however I was surprised when I was given back Rs. 200. There is some honesty in bribery.

My conscience is clear now.
