Well I was told by the agent of the builder that if this amount is not paid they will delay the transaction and raise unnecessary objections on the paperwork and advised me that I pay up just to hasten the process. Since I was taking pre mature retirement from the armed forces and had to resettle my family, I had to agreee to pay up.
