No bribe was paid delayed delivery of gas cylinder
My consumer number is 36032. I Booked a Indane gas refill on 18.09.2013 ONLINE and the booking number was 477198. I also received a message on 28.09.2013 stating that a cash memo number 3000050175 has been generated and gas refill will be delivered shortly. Two days after the message i contacted my dealer and one Mr murthy said you contact after 1400 hrs. Again I called Mr Bharani who is supposed to be the partner and he also said to contact after 1400. So I questioned him as how many times should i call for a cylinder. He abruptly cut the Phone. The matter was reported to Ms Utkalika Sales Manager Indane Bangalore on 04.10.2013 and later sher confirmed that the refill will be delivered soon. Afer 1500 Hours on 04.10.2013 the cylinder was delivered vide Bill No 3000051861. So I sent a SMS to Ms UTKALIKA to find out as to what happened to the refill which was to have be delivered vide Bill No 3000050175. I feel that there is foul play by the delivery boys who might have sold it . Also the delivery boy demanded Rs 440 as against Rs 415 at the time of delivery
