There is no Bike packing for railways ; out side people taking 400/-…

There is no Bike packing for railways ; out side people taking 400/- rs for bike packing and Police wala was taking 50/- rs for bike checking and porter was taking 100/- rs for numbering on bike. But still now i didn't recieved the bike so please kindly help me in getting my bike.
