Two police constables were stopping bikes randomly. I was also stopped by these people. The constable took my bike keys. After showing all the required papers, he asked me money to return the bike keys!! I paid him Rs. 100. The funny part was that he was not taking the money in HIS HAND rather he asked me to keep the money in his shirt......
