Iam an intern of a district hospital.We had to get our stipend released from Directorate Of Medical Education,Bangalore.There is a male person who told us that we had to pay 5000 rs {each of interns}to get our own stipend released.My batch of interns paid 2000 rs and then only we got stipend for 6 months.Now again that person is demanding us to pay 4000 rs to release our next stipend.We got our first salary in our life and that also these peons in DME office are eating away.Please tell me what can be done to stop this
