Paid 10 times the amount to get the Shop and Establishment Certificate
Officer Name was Jayram. Incident took place on 25th May 2016. Location was at Indiranagar. For registration of the company, the paperwork cost is Rs. 500 however, without paying him Rs. 5000 he refused to get the paperwork done (despite filling everything correctly and having all the necessary documents).
Bangalore authorities, police and government officials are so corrupt, its disappointing. Honestly, the first chance I get, I will set up business outside of Karnataka. Goondaism is also out of control. Neighbourhoods like Whitefield have goonda's that threaten businesses and make them pay for local celebrations, pooja's against their wishes.
