I recently booked a 2.5 bhk apartment in malles altius. I am being asked to give Rs. 25000 in cash and they refuse to give a receipt for that. given that my apartment is small and for a bigger apartment i paid only 12000, i believe that i am being cheated by the builder because they are not willing to give the split-up of the Rs. 25000 in cash also.
