We ( Me and Owner) had gone to the following office to register the agreement :

The person there told us to go through an agent, Dreams Global Enterprises, to make the registration. Instead of giving us the forms, they almost forced us to go through the agent. The agent told us it'll cost 5000 rs. We were not aware of the cost, and no one was helping us to understand what documentation is needed, and how much was the actual cost. After waiting in the registration office for the full day, at the end, they processed our document. The agent told us to pay 1000 rs as "Chai Pani" for the officials, which he handed to them in front of us.
I request the office be investigated / raided during the evening ( 4 - 5 PM ) and catch them red handed.
