I had completed all my thesis work for the completion of M.F.Sc. degree at Dr. M.G.R. Fisheries College and Research Institute, Ponneri under the Chairmanship of Dr. Cheryl Antony and thesis was corrected by external examiner on 17/11/2018.
However, Dr. S. Felix, as he was the Vice-Chancellor of Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa University, forged the external examiners certificate page of my thesis and demanded Rs. 40,000 in cash for his signature as Chairman of Advisory Committee and also as Member of Advisory committee in thesis certificate and other related documents on 12/02/2019.
I told him that all my works are completed and repeatedly requested him to sign without money. I had only Rs. 26,000 with me which I had saved from my scholarship. I finally paid Rs. 25000 and then he signed my certificate of thesis and other documents.
I was able to complete the course but but he took all my savings money. So I think he must be punished for his misuse of power.
