Paid agent because I was unable to get appointment

I paid in total Rs5000 to a passport agent, Tanzeem Khan after I tried 3 times and was unable to get the appointment. The entire system is rigged, with the aim of only looting honest citizens whereas terrorists roam around freely with 3-4 passports. Great job Indian government. I still didn't get my passport.
