He refused to give my passport even after it was cleared by passport officer. He demanded 10000 then after few references we had to pay 4000. This was paid by my father without telling me because my father knew that i would never pay a bribe rather be without passport. I was without passport for almost 2 years because of my refusal to pay to that goon (last name Baba, asst. passport officer, Srinagar).
