Last week i parked my bike in no parking area near koramangala, bangalore. I am from other state and my registration of my bike is in my state only.
Traffic police have taken my bike adugodi police station. Me and my friend went there with all of my documents like RC, license and insurance..
Two officers checked everything and asked me NOC certificate.
I have been in bangalore for 3 months and looking for a job. Two months back i asked one humble police who seems so, telling me that i dont need noc because i m here only for short time and i need noc if i use my bike for more than one year in other state. I do have a proof for using my bike in bangalore since june.
I explained this to that two officers but they are replying me that i should possess noc at any cost.. They behaved in a bad manner. Finally asked me to pay 1000 as a fine. I begged them like anything as i m from middle class and i m a jobless guy.. But they didnt hear my words... They used bad words too.
I admit that i made a mistake by parking my bike in a no parking area. For this mistake, i m ready to pay the actual fine of rs.300. ..... But rs.1000 is hell a lot of money.
But we didnt have other chance as we were rushing to interview on that day. So finally i paid rs.1000.
He didn't give me the receipt as well and we noticed that they put all of the fine amounts into their pockets. Almost he took overall rs.3000 into their pockets.
I believe, This things are happening in adugodi police station regularly.
We want you to take some severe actions for this kind of greedy officers and we hope actions will be taken soon.
As a graduated guy, i really feel bad because our parents hard earned money were lost in a second and seamlessly circulating as black money.
PLEASE VISIT THAT STATION AS A NORMAL GUY AND YOU WILL FIND THIS WRONG DOINGS....... AND PLEASE!!! PLEASE!!!! PLEASE!!!! TAKE SOME ACTION
