Paid Bribe 25 (Paisa) penny to Police in Bihar during 12th Examination

Hello this is first time I am writing on this.
Bihar or India is full of corruption. But I belong to Bihar. So I know better the government employee or police there.
This is the time when all world see how the (12th or 10th board) examination quality of Bihar is lagging.
My sister was writing exam for 12th board. I just went to drop her in exam centre. But I stayed to see her for lunch and my home is not far from the examination centre. Just after 1 hour you can say that after the 15 minute of exam started time is around 10:15 AM.
The People who is outsider or relative of examinee are making queue outside the exam centre. I was surprised I ask one of them what is going on they told that they have an answer of most of the question. I was thinking that people are inside they need 3 hour to solve the paper. But what a brilliant people who is outside the exam hall but after I came to know that they have a individual pages of books for each question the people want to throw inside the exam hall where student are sitting there.
And for that they are making queue to give 20, 50, and 100 to police to go till the window (opposite side) of the exam hall.
So the situation is like that people are going one by one give money to the hand of the police and police will just put that money to his pocket without seeing some time if you are lucky enough.
But my sister told me previously doesn’t do this whatever. But after seeing this situation I feel that my sister got less marks compared to others who have books inside the exam hall.
So finally I decided to send one of the friends to send at least 2 marks answers.
But I forget to bring money. So my friend told me just sees the magic. Now he was in queue, when his turn came he has given money to police and gone to the window and trying to throw the answer through window. Suddenly I got some noise police are telling catch that guy he has given only 25 paisa to the hand of the police. Actually after giving money to police, police just close his hand trying to put that money to his pant. But there is no 10 to 50 rs note he is note able to feel anything. So he opens his hand and came to know that he got bribe of 25 paisa.
