I was challaned a month back for having sun film on my car windows. In the process, the traffic police removed the films and gave me a challan for Rs100. However, due to negligence he did not remove the film from the windshield. So, I decided to ignore it too.
Couple of days, another traffic cop stopped me in Noida and started to threaten me with challan etc. I told him that some traffic cops have already removed the films from my windows - but he insisted that it was my fault that my windshield still had it on. I just wanted to get on with it and paid him Rs 100 and got the hell out of there.
