Paid bribe for Birth allocation

I travelled from Kottayam to Ernakulam on train No 16525 Bangalore Express with a RAC ticket
PNR No 4401767459 with RAC seat No S8/71/SL. Date of journey 31.12.2014

There were two person sharing a single birth with RAC ticket. The TTR refused to allocate a seat after Palghat Station. Then he demanded fro 500 rs for allocation of a birth.

When I called up IRCTC to ask where to file a complaint they are mocking and asking whether I have a receipt of paying the bribe. Had that person been in front of me I would have kicked his face.
