Paid bribe for BSNL landline phone connection

I had requested for a bsnl landline phone connection at my home at Badlapur, dist-thane..
despite giving assurance for phone connection would be done in 15 days, it took 1month and was done only after i paid amount 500 to bsnl connection engg.
