Paid bribe to clear my 7 year old 32 inch TV

Although I was showing year of purchase, the customer person (do not notice name) was asking to pay 36% taxes on some amount which came to around 8000 INR. I did ask/ request/ argue for some time with no luck. Finally, I told I will pay the amount and withdrew from ATM. To my surprise, when I went back to pay, he started asking for US dollars. I mentioned I have only 60 USD with me, then the office told to give him 5000 INR and he will let me go. Ofcource without Customs Receipt. I did pay and got out of airport. I know it is a shameless thing to pay bribe to corrupt officials, but I am not sure where should I go and whom should I contact to get this issue resolved as it is 2.00 am. Airport Customs are one of the most corrupt officers in India. Not sure when will their bribe thirst end.
