I Paid bribe double the property tax value
A. Narayanpura under HAL Subdivision (Mahadevapura) ,
M** (BBMP office worker) not ready to accept property tax because they require previous two year application number.
I had last year receipt and application number and
I had previous receipt but not application number.
I asked to check the records for the application number and accept my property tax.
I argued with him, all the office ppl came and some outsider also came and there were thinking of beating me. I told them I have all the documents, I am just asking M** that what is the procedure to get the two year old application number (I have amount paid receipt also ) . I could not handled so many people so I got out from there.
Since I get only Saturday to do my govt. office things...
I went to HAL sub-division BBMP office . I met S**.. I told him the story . He told I per the rule BBMP official need to find out the application number .
He told he will talk to M** and sort it out.
I paid empty check (# ) signed (payee) BBMP commissioner . and paid 700 bribe to S** (S** told he has to pay 500 to M**) .
After a week I got property tax paid (# ) .
Biggest problem now is : The check is not yet cleared.
Since 5 weeks I am going to BBMP A Narayapura, for finding why check not yet cleared.. I am not able to find M** in the office (reason, he went out for servay ) and etc reason.. At last I could catch him .. he(M**) told that he only signed and given the receipt.. He told, Right now I dont have time .. I will check and let you know..
But I have not heard from him..
Plz BBMP Make the property tax collection online. Keep the things Simple .
