Paid bribe to get my site registered

I hired a layer to get my site registered. My layer did all the registration process. At the end of the registration process he tried to pay Rs 5000 but officer did not agree. So, he came asked me to comeout of the office.
Later a broker came to him. Then layer paid Rs 6000 and settled the bribe.
