Paid bribe more than thrice

I paid a bribe of Rs 6000 to the Registrar Office in Kengeri Satellite Town to get my father sign a gift deed for me. The government prescribed amount of Rs. 2170 only. I also paid a bribe of Rs 15,000 to get my house plan approved although there was no deviation in my house plan. It has not reached me yet; and I paid this in December. And lastly, I paid Rs 3000 for getting khaatha in my name
