Paid Bribe to postman for collecting my Driving License

• Paid INR 50

My DL had come to my address for delivery via speedpost. I being not at home the post man returned back telling my neighbour to ask me to come to Post office. He did not leave a postoffice notice for "NOT AT HOME". When I went to post office he had left and called me at a other location where he had only my DL and no other official doc and then handed over to me after paying Rs 50/-
